Garaev F.A, Scientific-Research Institute of Pediatrics named after K.Y.Faradzeva
Aim : To study lipid metabolism and lipid utilization processes features taking place in premature neonates during inflammatory-infectious diseases and to work-out the methods of correction against the deviations revealed. Objectives: 1.to study state of lipid utilization , digestion and excretion processes taking place in intestine, 2. to study some of lipid metabolism products ( a-cholesterine, lipoids) levels in peripheral blood, 3.to study intestinal microflora, 4.to study of lipid metabolism deviations influence on physical development, 5.to work-out ways of correction of revealed disturbances find out in result of investigations in premature- born neonates with "imaginary health condition" during sepsis and pneumonia. Materials: We studied 172 premature-born infants in age form 7 to 60 days , 28-29 weeks gestation age and 900- 2.500 grams gestation age on burn. 117 of them were ill, 20- "Imaginary healthy", and 35 were under catamnestic observations. Methods; -Study of lipid utilization through determination of total lipid amount in daily fecal masses -determination of high-density a-cholesterine in peripheral blood (Ilka, 1982) - Evaluation of total lipid and tirglicerid levels in peripheral blood -Investigation of intestine microflora Results and practical significance: Results of investigations showed that during inflammatory - supurative processes long-last functional disorders in neonates intestinal tract took place. It is recomended to reveal and take under consideration these disorders in treatment tactics. Also, it is necessary to take the children who delivered sepsis and pneumonia in neonatal period , under further dispanserization with correct evaluation and correction of the deviations in lipid metabolism system with enzyme and bio formulas until their complete recovery.

Summary: observation of patient with limited Levandovski-Lyuts verruciform epidermodisplasia and his treatment by medical leech application are described. Verruciform Levandovski-Lyuts epidermodisplasia is one of the pathological states with incompletely studied aethiology and pathogenesis. Some investigators consider virus nature in dermatosis process. Studies, conducted last years in few patients with verruciform epidermodisplasia, helped to reveal some general damages in cell immunity. In process development genetically predicted factors are considered to bring to epidermal cells differentiation disorders and cause verruciform epidermodisplasia transfer to precancer status or flat-cell- cancer. Treatment effect of leech can be explained by salivary glances secretion that follow into body during all blood suction period. For the moment it is determined that there are number of biological active connections like tripsine , plasmine, subtillisine , granulocytes neutral proteases , Xa-factor of blood coagulation, serum kalikreine inhibitors, non-specific enzymes called hialuronidase, destabillase, collagenase, trigliseridase, cholesterin-esterase and a number of connections with undiscovered nature in medical leech salivary glands secretion besides trombine inhibitor called hirudin. Besides that , secretion causes general non-spesific effect on human organism, what can be proved by blood neutrofiles fagocytosis activity increase as a result of secretion components influence on the complement system. Hirudotherapy course included 5 treatment seances conducted through a day by putting a couple of leeches on VG 14 da-guy, V11 da-gu, V12 fen-men, V13 fey-shu, V43 gao-khuan puncts. We obtained quite good effects after hirudotherapy courses. Taking into consideration effect achieved by us we consider that case described by us may cause scientific and practical interest in different clinical discipline professionals.

DUE TO THE CORONARY HEART DISEASE.
A. A. Akhundbeyli
The author thinks that a routhine classification of coronary heart disease doesn't meat the requirements of practical and theorethical medicine. To author's opinion , coronary heart disease ancounters in primary and secondary form. The primary form has 3 types: myocardial ifarction, (mikrofocal anf makrofocal), angina pectoris ( angina excertion, spontaneous, and painless) coronary cardiosclerosis( focal and fdiffuse) Myocardial infarction(non-complicated) has 6 stages of the developement or periods of clinical course: acute ischemization, necrotic focus, scar formation, immediate and further postinfarctin periods, postinfarction cardiosclerosis. Angina exxcertion has 3 stages of development: initial market, complicated. Spontanous angina has 3 forms : mikst, at rest, infarct-threatening. Painless angina is accompanied by all correspinding simptoms except characteristic painfull attacs.
