Azizov V.A., Yusifov D.H., Alimetov S.N. Azerbaijan Medical University, Baku
Our observations cover 17 patients at the age of nearly 51,0 + 16,4 (8 women and 9 men with the cardiopulmonary insufficiency and also chronic obstructive bronchitis (6), bronchial asthma (5), lungs emphysema's (6). In order to evaluate the immunological reactivity of the patients, the quantity and functional activity of cells (E) and (B) humoral parts of immunological systems have been studied. As a result of the investigation of the immunological status, it was discovered that, in the beginning stage of cardiopulmonary insuffi- ciency general T lymphocytes have been decreased for 43% (P<0,05), T-helper/T-suppressor indexes have been increased for 11%, VgM has been decreased for 19% (P< 0,01) and immunological complexes circu- lating in the blood have been increased for 21% (P<0,05). In the second and third stages of cardiopulmonary insufficiency the abovementioned indexes have gone worse, JgA and immunologcal complexes have decreased. The analyses of the results show that on a background of attenuation of T-population in the chronicle cardiopulmonary insufficiency, the following are observed: inhibition of T-suppressor activity, proliferation of B-lymphosits, increase of antibodies of JgA. Responding to results of our investigation it was decided, that beginning from the first stage of cardiopulmonary insufficiency the body is loaded with antigents and tolerance is upset.

SURGICAL TREATMENT IN SCARRY CONSTRICTION OF ESOPHAGUS AFTER CHEMICAL BURN
Safarli N.N., Karimov M.M Azerbaijan State Medical University named after N.Narimanov, Baku
We have observed 12 patients (8 female and 4 male) of ages between 20 and 60. The diagnosis of scary constriction of esophagus after chemical burn has been determined by history and X-ray examination of the esophagus. X-Ray has showed the different grades of constriction (stricture) from upper and middle 1/3 of esophagus up to the cardia. Endoscopy has found esophageal stricture of about 3-4mm. In some patients the stricture impeded endoscopic tube passage. All patients have undergone gatstroesophagoplastics. In 8 patients plasty by gastric tube by means of abdominocervical approach, in 1 patients - Luis operation, in 3 plasty made out colon has been performed. The different types of gastroesophagoplastics have been done by special indications. The results of study demonstrated the advantage of gastroesoplasty by gastric tube by means of abdomino- cervical approach. This method is characterized by mild course of postoperative period i.e. forming of esophagodermal fistula. This can be a cause for decreasing of lethality. In our case postoperative lethality was 16,6%.

SOME CLINICOPATHOPHYSIOLOGIC ASPECTS OF SHOK (SHOK STATE) A. A. Akhunbeyli
On the basis of observations of 1382 patients and analysis of literature data the definition of shock is given for recent 60 years which differs from that of the excisting one/ By author's opinion shock is phase suppression of CNS due to rather strong exogennous and endogenpous influences with the following disturbance of vitally important functions and excaustions of compensation capacities of the organism. Proceeding from clinicopathophysiologic aspects there is given classification offered by the author in 1978. A 4- phase clinical course of shock was defined by this classification.
STIMULATION AFFECTION TO THE LIVER LYMPHATIC SYSTEM CHANGINCS DUE TO PERITONITIS PROCESS
Aghayev I. N. , Garayev G. Sh., Rahimov B.A
Investigations, carried out by us showed that severe disorders of the evacuator-transportation functions of liver lymphatic circulation in the peritonitis tocsic forms are appearin and there ia a necessity of the correction. According to Usikov's (1984) methodology peritonitis experimantal model was created on mentioned anumals under the intravenous kallipsol anaesthesia. We applied 15-20 mg/kg isotonic solution and mannitol 0.5-1.02 gr/kg complex as a lymph stimulator. Following 400 ml isotonic solution and following 400 ml of 10% of mannitol were injected intravenously ofr 5 dogs directly and for other 5 dogs in infusion. After 8-10 minutes of this appearence of lymph and its circulation speeding up process in liver is clearly seen. Maximum effectivity of lymphostimulation after 4 infusion method in 40-90 minutes and after direct method in 20-65 minutes has been registrated. General effectivity of stimulation is going on during 2-5 hours. If to take 100% as a condition of lympha appearence and circulation speed in liver before the stimulation, these indices will be 50% as much after iinfusion method and 140% as much after direct method. As it is sen above, the usage of isotonic solution together with mannitol as a liver lymph stimulator in the peritonitis case results in sufficient and prolonged effect on the volume and duration of liver lymphocirculation. All these give a reason to consider mentioned method of lymphostimulation for the correction of the liver circulation pathophysiological changings in peritonitis as an invention.
USAGE OF PROSTAGLANDINE-E DURING INDUCTION AND STIMULATION OF CHILDBIRTH Musevi F.V
Aim of the investigation is to study the effect of sythetic analog of prostaglandine-E (mizoprostol) during induction and stimulation of childbirth. 51 woman and their newborns composed tha object of the investigation. 2 kinds of misoprostole adminnistration was used for induction of childbirth : 100 mg into vagina and further taking per os, and 50 mg per os taking only. According to results of the investigations we can concllude that usage of misoprostol by the mentioned skheme causes effective utherotonical effect during induction and stimulation of childbirth and can be imlemented in clinical practice of childbirth institutions. These results are received from first usage of mesoprostol in the respublic.
