PECULIARITIES OF CYTOSPECIFIC SECRETOR DIFFERENTIATION IN DIFFERENT HUMAN TISSUES .

Responding to results of complex cyto-hysto-chemical analyses, electronic microscopy and immune-morphological researches conducted last years existence of local mechanism regulating homeostasis in morpho-functionally different tissues of different origin was proved. Above-mentioned regulatory mechanism consists of several parts (components) connected to each-other. First of all here are included differons named " paraendocrine secretor cells" and imunocytes to fulfill the function of local humoral and immunologic control in tissue microzones. From 320 1-78 years aged both-gender patients ectoderm, entoderm, paramesoderm epitelium, reticuloendotelium formation, neuroektoderm derivatives samples were taken . As a result of silverisation, khromization, incubation in osmium and urane solutions, colorisation with aniline dyes reactions and different imunecytochemical studies for determination of imunoglobulines, interleukines, growth and inhibition factors, neurospecific enolases, transferases, acid-reductases, sinaptophysines, chromografines, numerous peptides and amines as well as electronic microscopy studies it was revealed that ripe cells of both regulatory differons have similar morphological and functional signs of cell differentiation. Taking it on base, we came to conclusion that secretion plays universal role in local regulation of tissue homeostasis . Morphofunctional variations existence with following of secretion processes in cells breakless and with breakes and ability of their secretion products to induce physiological effects on microzone , tissue, organ and organizm levels were proved. On studied examples noticed excistence of different variations in cell differentiation of para-endocrine secretion, what shows development possibility of local humoral regulation in tissues form different origins and morphology formations on secondary -convergent way during phylo- and onthogenesis.

LIPID PEROXIDATION AND ANTIOXIDANT SYSTEM INTRINGEMENT UNDER THE EFFECT OF POLIENIC ANTIBIOTICS IN RATS' KIDNEY.CORRECTION METHODS.

Polienic antibiotics (PA) ( amphotericin B, levorin, nystatin, ects.) used in medical practice against fungal disaeses are notable for their nefrotoxicity. It is considered, that infrigment mekhanizm of kidney function is conditioned by narowing of organ vessels under influence of the medicine and brings to damage of renal glomerules and tubules. By our point of vew, the most important role in this process play lipid peroxides that destroy membrane cells sturcture and bring to membrane rupting. Toxical effects on membranes by hyperoxydation of saturated lipoic acids , inactivation of enzymes and interrelation with cell DNA may also be shown by oxygene radicals . Aim of the study is to reveal charecter of PA effects on oxidant and antioxidant enzyme system activity in cells from different renal nefron zones and to work-out pharmacotherapy and prophylaxis of the changes observed. We established, that long-term PA introduction brings to: 1. superoxiddismutase deactivation 2. abrupt increase in enzyme and non-enzyme lipid peroxidation 3.significant displacement between reduced and oxydized forms of glutathione (with increase of the last one) in different renal zones 4. glutathione-depending enzymes essential deactivation, especially in old rats. Usage of natural (a-tokopherol) and syntethised ( 3-oxypirrolines) antioxidants simultaneously with PA introduction normalised oxidant and antioxidant enzymes, redused GSH and caused increase of PA nefrotoxicity.

THE WAYS FOR AN IMPROVEMENT OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF LIVER ECHINOOCCOOSIS IN CHILDREN

Polukhov Azerbaijan Medical University, Department of Pediatric Surgery The aim of the study was an improvement of surgical treatment of liver echinooccosis in children by experimental comparative study and estimation of antiparasitic preparations effects on the scolexes and injured organs, and according the gained results, a creation the method for render harmless. During the study of the different antiparasitic effects on the scolexes of an echinoocal liquid taken from 28 patients, it was determined that 2% formalin, 960 alcohol, 1 % iodfixanal had more expressed decontaminate effects than others. Since the antiparasitics are brought into the firdons cavity during the echinococcetomy, the model of filorons cavity was creared by Roli's catheter introduction into 15 rabbits' liver. The less toxic effect of 1 % iodfixanal solution had effects on the functions morphology of the liver. Takig into consideration high antiparasitic and less toxic effect of the preparation and according the working – up method, in 103 patients operated echinococcetomy 1 % iodfixanal was used. 35 ( 34 %) patients had simple, 39 (37,9 %) – plural, 29 (28,1 %) – combinative echinooccosis. Remote results had been studied in (72,8 %) patients; 51 (68 %) had good, 21 (28 %) – satisfactory, 3 (4 %) – non – satisfactory results. ( 2 ones from last (1,9 %) had relapse and I (0,9 %) - pseudocysts). Some cysts in 8 patients were treated by punction. No relapse is found after that.
